Mine is the same way and it was never chromed or even off the bike. I just
had my wheel off and put it back on. The funny thing is the spacer had some
marks on it like the swingarm was up against it but now it's not. I torqued
the nut down to 85ft.lbs. with the pinch bolt loose, was this correct?
