Dean, try putting some insulating material (I cut out a piece of aluminum
automobile windshield shade, but you can probably find something more
esthetic) around the radiator hose that goes to the rear head. This will
keep the wires that run along the hose from contacting it and overheating.
Run the insulation all the way from the radiator cap to the head. A couple
of us on this site were experiencing the same problem several weeks ago,
and this seems to have worked for at least two of us. Jacques
