I ran an entire season with solid motor mounts on only three points of six.
No problems.  I am using the PCW solid aluminum mounts, which are a tight
press fit, which is good.  I saw no signs of stress when I mounted the
remaining three mounts.  I am riding a Venture/Max, which is a much heavier
bike than a Max and probably  stresses the motor mount points a bit more
than a stock Max.
