Without regard to price, (what is money to a Vmaxer anyhow), I think
you might find the widened swingarm, ("rocker" in German), and wheel
combinations that are offered by MEK very interesting ....

to be attracted to this particular product ... it does infact
accommodate a 6 inch wheel / 200 tire ... can be had in an extended
length etc ... and sounds like it at least meets the criterior of what
you are looking for. Sooooooooo ... you may find it extremely valuable
as reference material if nothing else. Unless my German translation is
really in the trash can ... it looks like this combination
incorporates a 14mm offset to accomplish this feat, (14mm = .55
inches), and allows up to a 50mm, (2 inch), extension. There is other
neat stuff at this site as well if you haven't visited yet.
