Up in front of the airbox there is a control unit with two connectors
plugged into the right side of it (behind the ignition switch) on the right
side.Sounds like the one of the plugs has worked loose or has corrosion.This
will cause you to drop two cylinders at the same time and not effect the
others.Bob H

I started pulling plug wires(while idling) one at a time and found both left
side cylinders dead.
