Hey fellow Maxers,
Unbelievably, I just found a 1985 V-Max that the original owner still had
parked in his heated, dry basement under a cover. The bike has been sitting for
13 years. It has 3,500 miles on it. No Bull!! I have the documentation! The
original paint isn't even faded!! Anyway, I've been sorting it out and want to
perform the Furbur fix on the front end. Does anyone have an idea where to buy
the tools (spanner wrench and socket) to do this work? I know I could probably
spend hours making some but.... would rather be doing other things. If someone
could get me the part numbers and where to get them, I'd be greatly
appreciative.
