PDA,
I think you need the "top coat" that goes on top of the "dark violet
cocktail" ...... It really isn't clear and this should give you a
better match when applied on top of the purple base coat ........ it
has the "flake" in it that you are looking for. Try using the - Dark
Violet Cocktail #295 and then the 5409U top coat on top of it ......
IMHO ....
