Since the engineers and the would be engineers seem to be all stirred up
from the octane thread I thought I would throw this one out. I have never
really understood the difference between torque and horsepower. I know that
torque is the rotating force. What confuses me is I would think that a
certain hp would produce a certain torque no matter what engine it was.
Anybody want to give it a go?
