I read earlier about someone suggesting to launch at 4K (against that V65) and when it bogs, dump the throttle. Very true, but I just wanted to add that make sure you get your tire good and hot before hand. I did this against a Hardly Ablesome (w/o smoking em first) at a light and it was wildly wicked. No bog what-so-ever, just tons of smoke and flailing feet cause the rear was going side to side as it took off. Gotta respect the Max, but you also have to show those Harleys why we ride Maxes too.
