I've still got that article somewhere, Don. If memory serves me right they
even took bikes from inside houses, or out of locked & alarmed garages in an
enclosed/walled rear of the house.. while people were watching TV..
A year or so back a guy lost so much of his bike collection from repeated
thefts that he laid traps & set up shotguns on trip wires behind the
reinforced door of his outhouse/barn.. managed to get one of them, too, but
got jailed for firearms offences..
