I cut the spacers again today. When I opened and measured the preload I
guess the springs must have settled or maybe I missed out measuring last
time because the preload was 26mm which is about 1". I cut another 10mm so
now the preload is 16mm and now the static sag is like stock. The bike feels
much better. There's still not enough oil in there and the emulators are
only set to two turns but it feels ok. Much firmer than stock and not mushy
at all. I'll add some more oil gradually in a while to see how that feels.
Springs are 0.95 and I weigh 185 pounds.
