Was it Jefferson or Franklin that said " He who gives up some freedom for
security deserves neither".
laws that are designed to replace common sense prevent nature for controlling
the herd, if there is a dumb bear, deer, tiger, lion or human that lack common
sense in self preservation, they will not dumb for long.
