It's totally relative to your situation. I went to the Deals Gap ride and
removed my "y" to compensate for the elevation change. I tried the "y" out
back home here in, FL, and it was way too lean. Under pure stock conditions,
the bike is meant to be the way it was built. The "y" will swirl the air
charge entering the box and blah blah blah. I'll save technical crap for
those who know. I will say this, I love the look of the Cobra pipes. It's too
bad they rob HP. Peace out.
