Hmmm. I didn't think there'd be that much flex. Is the rotor
carrier hardened? (probably not, now that I think about it)
I'd hate to try drilling the rotors and damage them.
I'm assuming that it should be done in a mill, a drill press
would work in a pinch, but a flat bit would be needed, not the
usual tapered tip of a normal drill bit. (this is why I figured
it'd simply be easier to grind the bolt heads in the first place)
And then, How would you chuck the rotor up in the mill without
warping it?
