I have a tendency to over engineer myself . Usally I think about all
the possibilities then usually I just do it :)
I would personally think that .015 is plenty of clearence . If your
forks flex more than .015 I would think you would be looking for the
wobble or weave . If the axel makes the rotor or the hub flex more than
.015 I would think that you would be looking for that vibration .
I would personally just take the bike out and thrash it and see if they
touch . I would keep inspecting the area until I was assured that there
were no problems . In other words . Take the bike up to speed in small
increments and see what happens . Hit every bump on the road every curve
you can find , and abuse the brakes . See what happens .
