Mario And Anyone Who Cares,
WARNING!: Off topic post !! (Apologies in advance to list admin)
Jon Cornell's response concerns me. When I posted a few days ago asking
about Electrex one of the replies was:
"no but how many times do u have to respond to something an not get an
anwser before u get smart?" (name of respondent withheld).
This reply is only indicative of an attitude rather than providing feedback.
Everyone wants to have an "eBusiness". Everybody wants to have a web site,
blah, blah, blah. Thanks IBM...
I feel like companies that aren't prepared to take their online presence
seriously are just acting like wallpaper. This is NOT an attack on Electrex
or UFO nor is it in defense author of the original e-mail (sorry for the
run-on). It is a trend that has been growing for some time.
Now, since I am sure to be flamed for this statement I will back up my
comments with an offer to counsel Jon and any other folks on ways to improve
their online presence and response time to e-mail/web requests.
As for the rest of us, set your e-mail app to request delivery and read
receipts. Then you will know when they got it and when they read it.

Sammy,
I saw your post about me not answering your email.
With the number of lists I'm on, I average close to 300 emails per day.
Occasionally one going to me gets deleted by accident. It's not an
excuse, I'm just taking responsibility for my mistakes. I make them, but
of course..... you don't. I take my work, products and reputation VERY
seriously.
Perhaps looking into why a person didn't return an email that was sent
before you slam them , would be a more sensible way to get a response.
There are many reasons a business or individual may not respond
immediately.
What if you were on vacation and I didn't get a response from you right
away?
I on the other hand would look into why, before I took judgment on you.
I've spent A LOT of time, money and effort to develop an optional wheel
for the Vmax.
A LITTLE time and effort on your part would have been appreciated ,
or perhaps it would be easier for YOU to re-invent the wheel .
