That's a good point, Mike, there are a few ways of arranging your email (and
site) to aid response time etc.. But, (i) with, for example, 300 emails a
day to sort & reply to, and most (if not all) being relevant to the
business, I can understand the difficulties Jon & others face.. and (ii)
any VMax products or services are ON-topic, IMO..
I have to confess that this isn't a totally unbiased reply. Having dealt
with Jon Cornell over the past couple of months I can honestly say I find
him genuine & hard-grafting. His demand for quality is like nothing I've
seen before. When replies to my own emails have been slow it's usually
because he's been in the workshop 18+ hours!
