sorry sent before editing...

to finish,

"It makes sense that tuners spend the most time on development of a good
product first, and then after offering those products, tend to gravitate to
those they have had successful working experience with. I know Jon
recognizes the time it takes to offer those products on a wider scale, and
he has enlisted help for his web site to present them. It is a necessary and
predictable adjustment on a business level. Jon nor any tuner can sit in
front of the computer for an inordinate length of time. Jon's employee is
Jon! It takes time to develop the relationships and deals to offer such a
complete product line as the wheels Jon offers. (I know personally the
effort it took to get these wheels for us.) It then takes time to review the
inquiries after LONG days and weeks in the shop. For every inquiry that
results in a sale, there are probably hundreds that don't. I would suggest
patience, and understanding. Most of all I would suggest rewarding these
individuals with actually BUYING rather than just talking about it. If you
don't like the product, that is cool, that's free enterprise, let's just be
reasonable."

I apologize for the not strictly technical nature, and length of this post.
I meant to send the prior post to my drafts folder for editing before it was
sent so my response is less concise than I intended. Also, no accusations or
direct confrontation of any individuals are intended in this post. It is
simply my believe that far too many tuners and shops are condemned without
considering the nature of the business, their hard work and the products
they offer. A balance must be struck between constructive evaluation and
review to further our choices for good products, as opposed to unwarranted
criticism, and not purchasing good products that only serves to give us
less, and poorer choices as more and more US, and international shops/tuners
find it economically unrewarding to serve US V-Max owners.

Respectfully,
Dave Brilliandt
