I have seen and read the steps for removing the old brace and installing the Super Brace. I had no way of removing my front wheel so I used a different method. The surface of the inside of the forks is hard and smooth as is the surface of the old and new brace. I simply disconnected the fender then rocked the fender back and forth as I pulled it forward over the front tire. I installed the Super Brace and put it back in the same way; rocking it from side to side as I pushed the fender back into place. I re-bolted the fender then stepped back and was pleased with myself.
