Hi Richie,
Your battery is probably dead. You didn't mention what your other electrical
problems eere, but they probably contributed to your battery problem. Be
sure to clean (with a small wire brush or sandpaper or scotchbrite or steel
wool) all the connections you can find between the battery and frame,
battery and engine, stator and harness, regulator and frame and battery.
Also check the rectifier/regulator following the instructions in the manual.
