All you'll need are the two bolts that attach through the sides.  Simple slip 
on process, pretty obvious when you put the seat on.  Mine was slightly out 
of alignment with the holes, just sat on it and pushed around until it 
worked.  Nice seat, but, I hate it when it comes time to refuel.  You'll see!
