Please note that if you are sending messages to the Tech List in HTML or
"rich text" , please turn it off. Some of you may not even realize it
but the people in digest mode have to suffer with reading all your HTML
codes. I have given ample warning about this issue and will be deleting
subscribers who violate this policy without future warning.
