Larry,
If your using MS Outlook, go to TOOLS, then OPTIONS, then MAIL FORMAT. Check the MESSAGE FORMAT, it should have 3 settings (HTML, TEXT and MS OUTLOOK RICH TEXT) Mines on the latter. You have to check these settings in your Main window aka the window your messages come into. If your using Netscape...i dunno know. Hope this helps.
