Your reference to the Bandit strikes a sad chord.  7-8 grand for the bike, less 
than 4 grand for a Mr. Turbo kit and Voila!  A serious street terror.  Too bad 
there's not a decent turbo kit readily available for the Vmax.  Maybe some of 
you oldtimers know the full scoop on that, but it seems a cryin' shame to me.  
Terry Kizer sells turbos for every other worthwhile bike BUT the Vmax.  I 
remember Don Smith bringing up Terry's name in reference to a failed attempt to 
market a Vmax turbo.  What happened?  I saw Terry's kit on a Hayabusa and was 
impressed with just how well it worked, no lag - just gobs of power.  Now that 
would be a much bigger bang for the buck.
