Steve,
There is a list of the Stage 1 and Stage 7 kit contents on my web page
... look under general info .. at http://tcamp30.home.pipeline.com/ I
think there is even a photo of the parts if I remember correct .....

One of the most important things that you get with the Stage 7 kit is
an air restrictor, (they call it a corrector). This is epoxied on top
of your main air jet at the top of the carb. This restricts the main
air jet hole sufficiently to allow you to run individual air filters.
You also get a set of needles with a fairly aggressive taper. Other
than that .. there is some crankcase vent apparatus etc .. but the
same springs that come in the Stage 1 kit etc ....... You can run an
open vboost with stage 1, stage 7 or nothing if you want ...
everything else staying equal you will run a little richer on the low
end with this open all the time, (which in not necessarily a bad thing
.. and your setup will determine if you have to lean out your pilots
or not).

The goal of the Stage 7 kit is to remove as much intake resistance as
possible and still allow the carburetors to operate well enough so
that some of the fuel can go along for the ride too .. ... that is
pretty much it's purpose in life.
