The max has 10 to 1 compression and with about 5 lbs of boost it should stay together and have around 170 rwhp with good gas .just want to know if anyone has tryed it ..
With the Max's stock 11 to 1 compression ratio, I would think that you could only use about 2 lbs of boost, and still have to run super unleaded. If you change out to 8.5 to 1 pistons, you can use 5 lbs of boost and get around 165 RWHP. Basically 15 lbs of boost doubles you compression rating. So if you put on of these on you would in effect have a 22 to 1 compression stock motor!!!
