Baby Max question...

I've been riding my baby Max ('82 Maxim 750) since Biketoberfest (giving the
big Max a rest after that beating I gave it!), and have noticed that the
turn signal auto-cancellation feature no longer works.

Do any of you have any idea what component may have failed?
