I have observed testing of Royal Purple synthetic oil as compared to your
standard shell and amoco petroleum based oil in for industrial applications
(pumps, blowers,
gear boxes). The synthetic oil draws much fewer amps from the motor, allows
a much higher load on bearings without galling Or seizing of the same bearing
and when blended with petroleum based oil will drop amp significantly. The
synthetic oil separates from water real well. If there is no clutch
conflict, then synthetic oil is by far the best oil.
