I could get him the coverage (from any number of LLoyd's brokers) he wants
in a heartbeat but, bottom line, it sounds like he doesn't really want to
sell in the US. It's easy to get ANYTHING insured - the rate is usually the
limiter. What the hell does he mean "protect from US legislation"? Product
liability insurance is a no brainer...legislation insurance is LITERALLY a
no brainer.
There are a bunch of people here who are interested in his products. If he
doesn't want the business...oh well. (and no, I'm not an insurance agent. I
just know a bunch of LLoyd's guys from credit enhancement deals on big real
estate projects.)
