I am 6'1" with a 33" inseam.  My '98 didn't even make through the breakin
period before I knew the seat had to go.  I put a Corbin on it and other
than the hassle of getting my hand in and out of the little hole in the
seat to get the gas cap on and off I love it.

It might not work for everyone ... but it worked for me.
