Problem is that the 351 Cleveland is much larger physically and will not fit
in the Lincoln without major modification to the internal structures. The
windsor motor is the same size as the 302 and should bolt right up in it's
place. The Cleveland is a great engine and I have one in a 1970 Mach1,
but it is going to cost you alot more headaches to put in that Lincoln.
Find yourself a windsor and save a ton of money, time, and troubles.
