Thanks Campbell....is everybody else of that same opinion...that
changing to a Two Bros header (or equivlent) in and of itself (with no
intake change) would never cause a sputtering leanness problem. This
particular bike did just that and had the air box intact with the "Y" in
place along with the stock filter and jetting. So then, why the
sputtering....any suggestions on the cause of sputtering from 4000 to
6000 rpm??? The vboost not kicking in seems lke an unrelated problem, or
else, you could be correct in thinking  I just may not have noticed it
kick in since the bike was sputtering so bad.
