Jose' your asking a loaded question here.
Valves cams pistions intake and exhaust.
I did a 1500 Long Rod normally aspirated motor. Got me 191Hp at sea
level. The other kit is called a Tourmaster. It is i think 160 HP ....
both come from PCW give em a call
