The drive bushings or dampners as you call them are a trick to remove.If not
carefull you can totally screw up the rim.I put custom wheels on my bike and
that is the first problem I ran into.I wound up putting new bushings in the
new rim before I figured it out and made a puller to remove them.I've still
got the tool and will loan it to you if you need it with threat of life if
it is not returned.Yomama does not list a tool or tell you how to remove
these bushings.These are also very cheap (about $30 each retail to buy).Bob
