Henry,
Assuming you installed the mail & data files in the default location, go to
C:\application data\microsoft\outlook express on your old machine.  Save the
files with .dbx and .wab extensions.  Using these files, replace the ones
with identical names in the corresponding folder on the new system.  If you
feel paranoid about replacing files on your new system you can simply rename
their extension until you are satisfied that everything is working properly.
