Hal, Well, the first time I tried it with just one folder, it worked great. It prompted me "Do you want to replace .... ", etc. Checked the folder and all the emails were there. Now it won't work! Instead of replacing the file, it just makes a new one (eg. Brakes(1).dbx instead of replacing the Brakes.dbx file. I can't figure out what I've done. Any suggestions?
