I want to fill in the YAHMAHA with fill rod then grind
out and have V-MAX engraved (CNC) into the scoops.

GOOD LUCK!!! ANY aluminum weld will show, even when ground to perfection, the aluminum on the scoops is really bad.

Chroming will be the best to solve the aluminum discoloration issue
