I want to make some custom stainless-steel handle bars for my Vmax. I've
bought some stainless tube excatly the right outside diameter - .875"
(22.2mm) - but the wall thickness is only 1.5mm whereas the stock mild steel
bars are 2mm. The 1.5mm looks tough enough to me. Does anyone have any
opinions about whether this would be ok in terms of strength?
