I used to be in tire sales for 10 years speed ratings are speeds that a tire
can withstand punishment for a decant period of time hours in testing not
seconds as some think your H rated(130)tire can take higher speeds but does
not disipate heat as well as a V(149) sidewall thickness and inercord
thickness also give better support in higher speeed rated tires. I am
suprised no one has made a Z(above 149) rated in the right size for max.
