 I know mine works it kicks in when my budies on their Harleys really start 
to dissapear into the mirrors and quite Quickly too!!!  Or run against a 
comparable Vmax if you get left you got problems but seriously it is quite 
noticable from 6000 on you get a serious rush of speed.
