New issue 3449 by [email protected]: SlotRef::GetValue INT32 case needs
to be 64bit big endian aware

When accessing a 32bits from a 'slot' on a 64bit system, it is assume that
we can use the pointer directly. This works ok on little endian systems,
but fails with big endian as the low 32bits are in the second 32bits of the
slot.
Creating this issue to track a code contribution.
