New issue 3528 by [email protected]: V8 regression breaks
closure-library's goog.crypt.Sha1 after JIT.

Just started seeing this yesterday (presumably a result of a Chrome stable
release).
Chrome v36.0.1985.143 (V8 version 3.26@22818 I guess?)
Running on a 2011 Macbook Pro
Repro: http://jsfiddle.net/s7xoc11o/5/
Expected: sha1 to compute hash of 'Message' correctly 1000 times.
Actual: sha1 eventually computes incorrect hash, usually after 100+
iterations.
Works fine in Safari and Firefox.
