closure-library's goog.crypt.Sha1 after JIT.

I've had the exact same issue and opened this bug under the Chromium
project https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=405533
After going through the goog.crypt.Sha1 code I isolated the issue to
the 'reset' method.
