New issue 3543 by [email protected]: Install of V8 on REHL 6 not connected

I am attempting to install V8 on a Linux server that is not connected to
the internet and can not be connected to the internet.
1) when running make builddeps the server attempts to connect to
http://gyp.googlecode.com/svn/truck build/gyp.
Okay, I need to download and install gyp.
a) where do I download gyp. All references to getting gyp include svn
checkout http://gyp.googlecode.com/svn/.... I would prefer to download as
a zip file to walk over to the lab on a dvd and install. This is a
requirement in this environment. Again, the server can not be attached to
the internet.
2) once I get gyp installed, are there other dependencies I need to address
to finish installing V8?
