Building without internet connection is not a supported configuration. You
can see what you have to get in addition to the v8 sources itself near the
end of the top-level Makefile (target builddeps). You'll have to do that on
another machine then and somehow get it to your disconnected machine, but
that's outside of our project's scope.
Furthermore, I wouldn't really bother trying to build on RHEL 6: If I see
it correctly, it ships only an ancient GCC 4.4, and our current baseline is
GCC 4.6. RHEL 7's GCC 4.8 would be OK.
