I should add that this CL does not yet attempt to fix the somewhat ugly but
functional AssembleArchBranch()/Boolean(). I do have one improvement in mind
there, as discussed in comment #10 above, and I'm certainly open to
suggestions.
IMO that could be a follow-on CL.
