I'm fine with doing that, but note that the problem with just toggling the
switch so far was that it will slow down start-up times for V8, because it
turns on loading an experimental JS file that is not in the snapshot for
_everybody_. I believe we had issues with that e.g. for promises (dromeo
regressions or some annoyances of that kind). I don't see how this can be
avoided.
