New issue 3707 by [email protected]: Several slow tests in
cctest/test-parsing

The current top 20 list of slowest tests on x64.optdebug contains three
entries from cctest/test-parsing, namely:
- cctest/test-parsing/ErrorsFutureStrictReservedWords (14 seconds!!!!!)
- cctest/test-parsing/ParserSync (10 seconds!!)
- cctest/test-parsing/ErrorsYieldStrict (7 seconds!)
which together run for 30+ seconds already (on a Z620). Even our most
complex compiler tests complete in a fraction of that time (including
parsing). So there seems to be a lot of room for improvement in
test-parsing.cc.
