Most of the combinatorial expansion comes from the flags; piecing the test
strings together is not insane as such. Most new tests such as
NoErrorsYieldSloppyGeneratorsEnabled have a pretty sensible approach to
that.
I have one CL for removing flags from ParserSync; it's an old test, and
flags were added to it later and killed the run time.
And I'll check the other (newer) tests too and see where flags can be
reduced.
