This is a meta issue for tracking things that need to be done to make
clang's -fsanitize=undefined happy. This flag can be split up into various
finer-grained flags, see
http://clang.llvm.org/docs/UsersManual.html#controlling-code-generation,
and we need to tackle those step by step. As it is, we are only OK for
-fsanitize=vptr.
